Rated five stars because you get exactly what you expect, and pay for. Clean, secure, great location. No frills whatsoever. Perfect for our one night stay. Son enjoyed the pool table in the communal area.

The location is ideal to take the 9:00 am bus to Rossaveel then a ferry to the Aran Islands. The train station to Dublin is a walking distance, too. The hotel is safe for solo travelers. I used the room card to open two doors before I reached my room. Strong fire safe doors are also noticeable. The lobby has plenty of lounging areas with phone chargers and a game room.

Rooms are small but nice. Bathroom was beautiful and very clean. The bed was not the most comfortable, more springs then cushion. Besides that location was perfect. Right by the train station and few mins from all the popular things in Galway. Also each section on each floor had a shared section to cook and relax if needed. Nice touch.

Great location and parking lot close by (not included but discount. Discount offered for parking at check in was smaller than advertised). Small bed. Couldn’t get the AC to work as it required a password. Weird that shampoo needed to be picked up downstairs in the lobby

We were accomodated in a lovely 3 double bed apartment, each with own bathroom and a kitchen living room. One of the rooms was disabled access so was bigger more spacious with level access shower. The two other rooms smaller . Kitchen/living bright and comfortable.believe laundry facilities, gym tennis court. Roof terrace Staff amazing! So accomodating friendly and professional. Location perfect. Will definitely be back. Hope students look after property so it remains high standard for next summer trip!

This student accommodation has just opened. Everything is new and there is still construction dust which will take time to clear. Rooms are compact, with not much ventilation as some rooms have windows that open slightly facing buildings and others with aircons with windows that don’t open. It is close to Eyre square, shopping outlets, public transport to and from the airport with both bus and train stations within a 7 min walk. Good for a few days of budget travel.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The room has no air circulation and no fan for hotter days. We had to keep the window open to get air but then it was light in the room and the birds don't stop so we got very little sleep. No tv. Only 2 pillows would've liked to have 2 more. The lobby was nice though. These are reasons I rated it so low. More for younger crowd who just need a bed to sleep in and could pass out anywhere.

A few items: They double booked me for two rooms. Th ere was no place to put luggage. HAd to leave it open on the floor. A luggage rack would bee nice. The first room was too small. No space for two people traveling. They upgraded us to a handicapped accessible room with more room. However, the shower design made the water run onto the floor and out of the bathroom into the hallway. We cleaned it up with our towels and had to order more. When they delivered the towels, they did not take away the old wet ones. Lastly, there were only two pillows and no bed sheets. I will not recommend them.

Everything was very nice and clean in a good central area in Galway. The only issue was that there was no AC in the room so it was very hot while I stayed there. Otherwise very nice.

A simple and clean place to sleep on a trip, staff all very friendly and building very secure. Bit of a stagnant drain smell in the bathroom but no other complaints. Did the job as we were rarely in the room!

Something important to know is that this is essentially student accommodation (we didn’t when we booked)! It is a brand new, beautiful building, with excellent attention to detail as regards building quality and presentation. However, we got off to a bad start because the girl who checked us in didn’t explain anything about the rooms, the layout, the facilities, etc. She just gave us our room card, point us in the direction of the lifts and that was it. It wasn’t until checking out the next day I learned that there was a communal kitchen for each floor (where I could have found a glass to have a drink of water, st least)! So, as it is essentially student accommodation, there were no glasses, toiletries, hair dryer, etc Towels were provided. All of this is fine, as long as you know in advance. The evening of our stay there was no hot water. It was during a period of high temperatures so the cold shower wasn’t as traumatic as it could have been … and the next morning I heard there had been a problem with the system. I understood - these things happen. All new buildings have teething problems, so I wasn’t too upset. I think the thing that upset me most was the attitude of the manager the next morning. As I waited to check out I overheard her conversation with another guest, who related his experiences. He had a sympathetic response, which involved getting a refund! I felt this was unnecessary. Yet her response to my feedback was that I should have known it was student accom!

The rooms were great - effectively like Uni halls rooms, we were given a section of 7 double bed rooms between 10 of us and a self serve kitchen. As it was for the purposes of a Stag do, it worked very well and would highly recommend other stag groups to book the same! It was also situated in a brilliant location - close to the town centre - and was easy to enter and exit the property, even at late night.
