Apartments very ventilated and naturally cool because they are well insulated. The structure is in a simple Mediterranean style with internal parking, veranda with pergola and back garden. There is an outdoor shower, a barbecue and outdoor tables and chairs, as well as all the internal supplies (pots, plates, glasses, bowls, coffee mocha etc etc)

Siamo stati 8 giorni in questo graziosissimo appartamento, vicinissimo al mare. Posto molto tranquillo, tutto perfettamente pulito, tutto il necessario a disposizione in casa. Il proprietario è una persona molto disponibile e gentile. Straconsigliato !!!!

Abbiamo trascorso un'ottima vacanza. L'alloggio è confortevole e ha tutto il necessario. Nonostante il gran caldo c'era una buona ventilazione, tanto che abbiamo acceso il condizionatore solo per un paio d'ore in una settimana. Eccellente il terrazzino, soprattutto per colazione, cena e relax serale. A Marina di Novaglie c'è un mare meraviglioso, un'ampia cala che consente la balneazione anche quando il mare non è proprio calmo. Non essendoci sabbia ma rocce, l'accesso al mare non è così semplice, ma è proprio questa circostanza a selezionare i bagnanti e ad impreziosire il sito. In conclusione ottima esperienza, da ripetere.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito nell'appartamento del sig. Biagio, ottimo host qualsiasi cosa abbiamo avuto bisogno è stato disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. La casa è fresca è in ottima posizione, ritorneremo prestissimo ma questa invece di un mese proveremo 6 mesi

Baignade à 5mn à pieds. Parking privé. A noter le très bon restaurant Lo Scalo, à 5 mn. Endroit simple et paisible. A recommander.
