The location could not be better - literally attached to the Hakata train station. The staff were all lovely and really did everything they could to make our stay in Fukuoka better. The food was also very good and they were willing to make small changes like omitting items. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the central train station, which was great for us as we arrived by train. Reception is on the 3rd floor and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious - even with an extra bed. We only had one meal in the hotel and the food was very good, though one pork dish was very fatty.

The Miyako Hotel is very new and has wonderful staff. The dining is good but very regimented. The proximity to Hakata Station is superb. I highly recommend this hotel.

Your property is in an excellent location. It’s right in front of the train station. The staff is a bit regimented in how things are done. But they do try to be helpful.

Amazing hotel with a great location, right next to Hakata. The cleaning staff were amazing, always done a fabulous job with the room - made our stay so comfortable. Would revisit again for sure, can’t wait
