The breakfast was good and the staff refilled empty plates quickly. I loved how the hotel provided water jugs to fill with drinking water to help reduce plastic bottles. My only suggestion is bigger water jugs for families.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The pillows were a bit too flat. The breakfast was disappointing — we stopped going after the first day. The location was extremely convenient. That’s the best thing about the hotel.

Very clean and spacious hotel rooms! The staff were so kind and welcoming. Excellent guest service. The Hakata train station is right across the street! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while in Japan!
