Surprisingly quiet considering it is across the street from the train station. It is incredibly convenient and was an excellent place to stay.

The area is fantastic...beautiful mountain views and lovely shopping options. Many different resaurants in the area. The hotel is lovely, staff are great and the breakfast is well worth including!

They added charges for some fussen card like I had no option. I also only asked to be charged for breakfast for one day since we were checking out prior to breakfast starting the next day. I am not a super picky person, but I hate when I am charged more than agreed. They also would not let my husband back in the building after he ran to the car after hours. He forgot his key and phone in the room.

Run away!

When we get in the room, there was a strong smell of cat pee. The floor was also very dirty. For sure, the clean house was not done. I did not sleep as I was afraid to stay there. I went to the reception to tell the lady. She provided me a spray to change the smell and that was it. The breakfast buffet not worth it (13 euros). At 8:30 in the morning, only 4 slices of bread and 2 bananas were remaining. The fruits were canned fruits. Do not go to this hotel. Run away!

The rooms were beautiful and clean. I loved that the floors were tile and not carpet. The beds were comfortable and there was storage for our clothes. There was a small fridge and kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator was great for hauling luggage. Breakfast was a good price and a buffet with several delicious options.

Great hotel to stay in - quite literally in the center of the city. There was lots to do, see and eat very close by. The owner was informative and gave great advice during our stay. We found a pub nearby that had great local options and great service as well. Very close to castles in the area and easy parking. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh

It was located in town so getting to restaurants and shops was easy. I was disappointed in the fact that construction was going on to its exterior, but I guess it was necessary. Very clean!!

This is our second time staying at this property and it is an incredible experience. Ver close proximity to the main area of town, grocery stores and amenities close by, close to transit, and convenient parking. Why we have returned is mainly the level of customer service. The owner and his family are wonderful, super helpful and the hotel is spotless, offering a terrific variety for breakfast. I will return without a doubt and am impressed with how kind the owner is, along with his entire staff. Never disappointed! Highly recommend this hotel!

Füssen, food and fun!

This place was just perfect!! The moment we walked in we were greeted with kindness. You could tell they were attentive to customer service. The hotel was very clean, quiet, comfortable and everyone there was just so friendly! We had a chance to meet the owner and his father, and what great people! They are doing a big remodel and you wouldn’t know besides the equipment. It’s going to be even nicer once completed. Having a fridge was great too! We were able to use the microwave in the breakfast area as well, which was nice. Too many good leftovers from all the good food in Füssen to not take back and have seconds. That was just a nice perk. The gift shop was also a little treasure. This is just an awesome family in a beautiful town that we will definitely be going back to! Well done to this amazing family of believers that definitely live it! Thank you all so much for a great three days!! We will be back!!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and adequate. Could do with a bit of updating. The location was good and parking was free. There was a strange smell to our room and the corridor, unsure what it was from. There was construction work taking place in the car park which was noisy from early morning. Also the rooms have tiled floors, so we could easily hear chairs being moved arounf in other rooms from around 6.30am.

Great service, the room was clean if strangely laid out. We opted for 3 beds and one had no outlets near it, which was inconvenient. The bathroom was long and skinny, a bit difficult to maneuver in. But it was nice overall.
