The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

LINENS – • Wash/Dry all towels • Remove bed sheets and leave in the rooms DISHES – • Wash/Put away dishes, okay to have load running in washer TRASH – • Bag all trash and bring out to garbage bins

OUTSIDE AREAS – • Pick up all trash • Sweep off both back/front porch areas • Make sure sanitizer float is in the spa/its cover secured • Clean out skimmer basket/use net to remove debris from pool

GRILL- • If grill was used: clean racks from food and grease, replace the cover and tuck under the stairs Furniture- • Replace all furniture to its place both outside and inside the home

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
