Welcome to 731 North Hampton, a beautifully appointed third-floor corner condo, offering breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views and a bright, airy coastal atmosphere. This cozy two-bedroom, two-bath retreat is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy beachfront living.



A convenient community elevator makes accessing this condo a breeze.



The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking the community pool and ocean beyond — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.



The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats four guests.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, a TV, and a charming window seat with incredible ocean views, ideal for relaxing with a book or spotting dolphins offshore. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and tub/shower combination.



The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and its own TV, making it perfect for children or additional guests. A nearby bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a single vanity can function as either a private ensuite with a pocket door or remain accessible from the hallway for shared use.



For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a pull-out sofa suitable for one extra guest.



Guest Cards Included:

Also included in your rental are up to 5 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as hours may vary seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities Fripp Island offers. Fripp Island offers a wide range of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
