The cozy apartment is lovingly furnished and equipped in Scandic style.

The large living and dining room is followed by a spacious balcony with a view of the green, where you can enjoy the sun from morning to afternoon. Balcony access is from the living room and from the kitchen.
The bedrooms are bright and friendly and a spiral staircase leads from the living room to the second sleeping area, which is ideal for children - there are two single beds.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial, in 5 min. zum Meer gelaufen!! Ansonsten alles vorhanden. Der Schlüsselsafe fand ich genial.

Schönes Apartment mit großem Balkon in einer ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung, keine 5 Gehminuten vom Watt. Von hier sind mit Rad oder zu Fuß ausgedehnte Wanderungen entlang der Küste möglich, u. a. zur Seehundstation. Mini-Mimimi: Kein WLAN im Jahr 2022 - da muss man sich erst dran gewöhnen. :) Wir kommen dennoch gerne wieder - bis bald!

Ruhig gelegen, trotzdem sehr zentral

Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr gemütlich, und sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Die Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche ist fabelhaft: es ist wirklich genügend Geschirr für mehrere Mahlzeiten da, so dass man den Geschirrspüler erst dann laufen lassen muss, wenn er voll ist. Auch mein kleines scharfes Küchenmesser, das ich aufgrund vergangener Erfahrungen immer mitnehme, hätte ich nicht gebraucht. Von der Wohnung aus sind Bäcker, Fahrradvermietung und mehrere Restaurants gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, genauso wie der Strand. Da das Haus am Ende einer Sackgasse liegt, gibt es keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ruhige, kleine gemütliche Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist vom Prinzip genau so, wie man es auf den Bildern sieht. Lediglich das Dachgeschoss ist kleiner als es auf den Bildern wirkt und eignet sich daher nur für Kinder. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super. Als wir angekommen sind war leider keine Endreinigung durchgeführt worden. Die Vermieterin hat sich aber umgehend gekümmert und uns immer über Neuigkeiten informiert. Auch die Verwalterin war umgehend zur Stelle als wir Probleme mit einem Fenster hatten. Rundum ist es eine schöne Wohnung.

Schön eingerichtet, alles was man braucht in Top Lage direkt am Deich!

Haben schöne Ferientage in Friedrichskoog verbracht👌🏻 Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert, nett und sehr schnell beim Antworten! Danke dafür👍🏻 Diese Wohnung ist sehr gut weiter zu empfehlen! Eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, Küche hat alles um was leckeres zu zaubern, Bad mit Duschbadewanne und Waschmaschine, Wohnzimmer mit Fernsehen und HiFi-Gerät, schöner Balkon, zum frühstücken ideal. Gepflegtem Garten und Parkplatz vorm Haus. Direkt hinterm Deich gelegen, steht man, keine 10 Gehminuten später schon im Wattenmeer, Bäckerei, Kiosk, Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Was will man Meer?😎🐑🌊 Friedrichskoog (ist) Spitze!

nette kleine Wohnung für 4 Personen

Die Wohnung ist Strand nah und komplett für den Urlaub ausgestattet mit Küche, Geschirr und eigentlich allem was benötigt wird. Die 2 Betten im Dachgeschoss sind zum schlafen OK, jedoch sollte es sich um Kinder handeln, nicht um Jugendliche! Stand-höhe kann problematisch sein. Würden wieder hinfahren wenn es sich ergibt, eine nette Vermieterin die den Aufenthalt unkompliziert gestaltet.
