Excessive fees

Why would a hotel in visalia charge me $50.00 extra to check in at 1:30pm when room is ready... vegas dont even charge that much.... hotel is new but poor condition... be carefull not to trip on poor installes carpets. Or tile about to fall off in bathroom because of poor install... also return air grills installed wrong above front desk is going to fall off and hit somebody one day.. wont be staying here again...

We liked the breakfast buffet, the choices were tasty and the staff was helpful. The fitness center is nice but there are no restroom facilities for the fitness or the pool area. The room was spacious, but we found it worn, dirty, and noisy, and the room temperature was either too hot or too cold.

I stayed here on my way to nor cal. The room was spacious and I liked the complimentary breakfast. The staff was great! It was a bit of a surprise that I had to pay $15 for parking when it was out in the middle of nowhere

We were treated poorly; the property was dirty. Very bad smell in the hallway. We booked another hotel across the way, Garden Hilton Inn, and stayed there and lost money in the room at Residence Inn which was a horrible experience.. Very disappointing. The sister hotel across the street… fabulous and super clean and A on friendliness and helpful. They felt bad for us.

The hotel is good for short or long stay (at least we had good studio room with all the required stuff). You have to notice a couple of things: - you should pay for parking 15$ per night - breakfast is good, but sometimes you have to remind stuff to restock something - AC system (in our room 208) was really noisy when fan was enabled (you can't turn it off, just set to LOW)

It was pretty clean. Breakfast provided isn't very good quality. Not the hotel's fault, but the area is just so hot in the summertime and our car got infested with ants from the parking lot.
