Relax with your family or friends in a piece of paradise. Rent this gorgeous 2,000 square ft guest house of Eden Mansion on 400 feet of Bay frontage on 4 acres. Watch the dolphins play. Bring your boat! A launch is just up the road.

Picnic tables and comfortable outdoor seating, make relaxing here easy and enjoyable. While the rush hour can sometimes bring the light "whoosh" of cars in the distance, early birds will love the peaceful early morning hours outside in tranquility.

We had a great time. If you are bringing your 30 foot boat use the back gate. It will be a little challenging at the first time you park inside the property but it is doable.

Nice to be next door to the "Big House"

The best part of this property was our ability to stay next to the "Mansion" where a family wedding was being held and be part of the party and yet have our own space. The guest house is located steps from the main house. That being said, the house needs updates and remodeling. The "shimmer" paint in dark colors is not attractive and makes it feel dark and dated. The bedrooms only have a bed and small table and a rolling desk chair. There aren't any nightstands or dressers, so nowhere to put your things except a very small closet with a hanging rod. The kitchen has counter appliances, such as a toaster oven and electric can opener that were sticky and needed to be tossed. There was used food in the cabinets and refrigerator and dirty rags in the kitchen drawer. There were also dirty towels on the floor in the laundry room. The outdoor area immediately adjacent was weedy and needed some care. While I expected more, the property served our needs and we had a good time.
