The hotel is very close to the trainstation (still took a cab due to the luggage), the room was rather spacious. I had some issues with the room though (couldn't turn off the emergency light), for which the staff helped me out in a quick and friencly way. I only stayed one night for a business trip, there are limited food options in the evening, but I just got an Uber eats delivery, so all fine. The breakfast was nice, there's a self-making waffle station.

Walking home, we got caught in the rain. Upon arriving one late afternoon, wanted to have coffee. I didn’t get coffee replenished in the room so I went to reception to get coffee but the also run out. Upon inquiring I was told that coffee at the reception will not be replenished due the day. Mentioned about the walk in the rain and coffee to warm me up. The late at the reception (1Aug) said that she will retrieve some instant coffee for me. Upon my return some 5 mins later, she handed me a hand full of instant coffee plus mentioned that I can help myself with coffee at the coffee machine in the breakfast area which they turned on for me. Very impressive and kind hearted. I regret not asking for her name so I can commend her. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

My stay at hotel was absolutely fantastic, largely thanks to the incredible staff! Chris went above and beyond by allowing us to check into our room much earlier than planned, which made a huge difference to our arrival. The kitchen staff also deserve immense praise. As someone needing gluten-free options, I was so delighted and grateful when they went out of their way to prepare delicious gluten-free bread for us. This kind of thoughtful attention to dietary needs truly makes a hotel stand out. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent condition in average location

Very nice hotel in an average are of the city. Condition of hotel and rooms was excellent. Staff was friendly and ordered us a cab to airport. Breakfast was free and plentiful. A few nice restaurants within two blocks and a mall 3 blocks away. Overall verygood experience.
