We love the property and have stayed many times. Check your weather before your trip and pack accordingly, it can get extra warm from the sun or extra cool from the winds. My family has property on Crystal and it’s nice to be close to them with a much better view!! Truly a one of a kind view west off the bluff over the lake.

This is a spectacular property with incredible views of Lake Michigan, particularly for sunsets. The house is well-maintained, and well stocked with puzzles and board games. It has a Keurig coffee machine, as well as a regular drip coffee machine, washer and dryer, dish washer, TV and very comfortable beds. Be aware that because of erosion, there is no access to the beach right next to the house. There is also only one designated parking spot. If you have two cars, you will need to park one car at the bottom of the driveway. Not a big issue. If you have a third car, then you will need to find parking somewhere further away.There’s easy access to the town of Frankfort, and easy access to Crystal Lake. There’s easy access to tennis and Pickleball.Overall, an excellent property.

Wonderful escape

Beautiful setting and quiet space with excellent private beach access, amazing sunsets, great proximity to the dunes, water activities, and tourist options. Workrd well for young and old. Had an amazing time celebrating a family milestone.

Amazing home & amazing views!

House was perfect! We had six adults, two children & a small pug. Spacious, relaxing & watched the sunset every night. Being on the balcony enjoying the breeze, hearing the waves crashing & inhaling the fresh air was heaven! Getting to the home was from the driveway was definitely up hill but you could take the stairs straight up to the balcony or take the driveway for a more smooth up hill walk. Either way, when you walked up to the home, enjoyed everything inside & seen the views... it was all worth it! Thank you & we will be back!!

Stairway to Heaven

Beautiful property, well-appointed home - everything you can possibly need for a super comfortable stay. The views are breathtaking at this well-taken-care of home. A huge shout out to the owners for taking such wonderful care of their home and sharing it with vacationers like us; and to Agape Vacation Rentals for their availability if one had questions and to their cleaners for such a clean home! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful Location

Well appointed and provisioned house, short (steep) walk down to the beach below, nice long stretch of walkable pebbly beach. Plenty of space for 3 couples, a toddler and dogs. Loved the view from the den and the deck, nice sunsets.

Lovely place, beautiful view

We loved staying here! The place had an amazing view and we loved the easy access to the beach. It was a really lovely house to spend time with family. Actually arriving to the house was a bit confusing and could have been better explained since service was not great in the area but eventually we figured out the right way to get there.

A slice of heaven on earth

The listing was very accurate. The photos did not disappoint. Spectacular panoramic views of Lake Michigan perched high above the lake. Beautiful wrap around porch and extra two seat sitting area for sunsets made for great venues for meals and morning coffee. Kitchen was perfectly outfitted. Bathrooms were clean and reasonably updated. Garage had bikes and beach chairs and beach umbrella. The lack of AC was compensated by fans in the bedrooms and screens in the window. Only suggestions: kitchen needs a complete knife set which I believe is being addressed and listing should emphasize that the steepness of steps would be difficult to navigate by the elderly or infirmed. Luckily our group had no problem. There are games and puzzles and streaming TV. Large dining room table. A hammock. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our brief stay. And Jean was very available by phone or text and a joy to work with.
