Put your skis on and be on slopes within minutes! Casa Dolce Casa is a confortable, mountain-style ski-in ski-out apartment in Prato Nevoso. The unit was completely renovated in 2013 and consists of large living area with fully equipped kitchen, corner sofa 5 seats (convertible into double bed), 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathroom with shower, a storage room for luggage, skis and objects of all kinds. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace, perfect to enjoy the snow, as well as making a snowman.
The master bedroom has a balcon with chaise long for sun bathing. Indoor parking.
In the condominium complex are the swimming pool heated to 30 degrees approximately (which is accessed directly from the apartment without leaving the complex), rumpus room, ping-pong and foosball.
Casa Dolce Casa is child-friendly with dishis dedicated, two stair gates and has lots of family entertainment, including flat screen HD TV, DVD and CD player, games and books. Camp bed and linens are available on request.
The apartment comes with wooden floor, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner, Nespresso coffee machine and the price also includes heating, cleaning, linen, ie. there are no extras. We don't use bunk beds, sofa beds or shower curtains so your stay will be very comfortable.
From the apartment you can walk to the village center.

Perfect Ski Apartment

This apartment is a gem in a lovely ski resort. Kitchen was big for this type of property and the bedrooms were all clean and the beds comfortable. We also really appreciated that it had a baby bed!

Loved the property and location

The property is exactly as described (except a very minor point- the pool is not as warm as we had hoped 😊). Alberto and Paulo were lovely and the apartment has everything you could want for a great stay. Highly recommended.

Appartamento spazioso, comodo, pulito e ristrutturato con molto gusto. Dotato di tutto quello che serve, e forse anche di piu'... La piscina a 30 °C dopo la neve non ha prezzo. Il posto garage in una zona comunque non tanto fornita di parcheggio, una comodità. Proprietari gentili, disponibili e molto simpatici. Torneremo sicuramente iin estate!
