Unique Location: In a bucolic dimension, far from city chaos, in close contact with the surrounding nature is our villa. The sunset colours are what give the most to this structure, from the wide windows you can enjoy the golden light that illuminates the tufts of grass and the roofs of the houses in the nearby Fossacesia. Perfect for a stay with friends or family, away from clamour, you can relax on the armchairs of the external living room and let yourself go to the most unbridled dreams.



Exterior and Parking: Located in a quiet area, the house offers the convenience of a reserved parking space. To reach the structure, you need to enter a paved road among the typical countryside of the area but with main services at hand, the nearby city of Fossacesia is 5 minutes by car and, in the same minutes, you can also reach the Costa dei Trabocchi and the cycle-pedestrian path Via Verde. If you are experienced cyclists, you can safely store your vehicles in the villa thanks to the presence of an automatic wrought iron gate.



Tailored Comfort: The house is suitable for 8 people and is developed on two floors:

Ground Floor:

Spacious open space with equipped kitchen, relaxation and TV area;

Two double bedrooms preceded by three steps;

Bathroom with shower

Second Floor:

Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony;

Double bedroom.
