Staff was awesome Gotta get the tacos and rice bowl by the beach bar on property Bathroom in the room was a little small but there are plenty of other ones around tyne common areas. The one pool with the water fall was freezing but it was cold out as well. Can't wait to get back there!!!

The staff seemed annoyed to have guests. They are very slow to serve the guests. One elevator had a bad floor in it. The control panel in the elevator had been vomited on and no one cleaned it up for 4 days!!! Our thermostat in our room would reset in the middle of the night. I would wake up sweating and have to turn it down. Very limited food options on site. In 4 days never once did the pool waitress ask if we wanted anything. Breakfast buffet is definitely not worth $35!

Property in bad need of refreshing. Torn panels in elevator. Upholstered chair in room very dirty. Doors to rooms didn't fit properly. Lots of extra fees. Prepaid package with Expedia but told we owed an additional $250 at checkout. Food very expensive and below average quality. Beach is gorgeous but $55 a day to sit in lounge chairs is ridiculous. Were told a later checkout was no problem just let desk know on day of checkout then told there was a $75 fee if we checked out at 1:00 instead of 11. Will not stay here again.

Disappointed with this resort. Microwave & phone in room did not work, could not fix. Pool in wrong location, cold in pool area not enough sun gets to it. Beach is excellent, the properties best feature. Traffic on roadway is huge.

The property is right on the beach, which was perfect for my family. I stayed in the building that was beach side and I could tell they were renovated, so I appreciated that however for the cost it was underwhelming. The staff was amazing I did not experience and issues and they were truly kind and helpful.

Great views and fantastic staff! Modern facility with a tropical landscape done very well. One heated pool, one hot tub, one kiddy pool and one ginormous pool with waterfalls and a swim up bar! Great food choices on site - seemed expensive but other restaurants nearby were a lot higher. We will definetly return - loved it

Although the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, the Property was not as clean as most people would like. We booked our stay through a third party so we were given a room facing the parking lot along the shared fence with the boardwalk. A very active parking lot where we heard fighting, yelling , cars reeving their engines and car alarms going off all night long. Having two young children with us we did not feel safe in that location. Before sunrise we went to the lobby asking for a room change due to the situation and were instantly given a new room on the opposite side of the resort. The location was much more quiet and felt safer. The room was exactly the same being a beach resort not always the cleanest but ok. What truly finalized my bad experience what the $8 bottles of water in the room and finding one was already opened and refilled with what I assumed was tap water. Very unsafe and unsanitary. Any child who would not know about the sealed cap could have drank it not knowing it was opened already. The property should remove that offering if they are unable to properly provide the guest with that reassurance.
