Escape to this adorable condo in the picturesque Heron Pointe 55+ community in Lake Suzy. This quiet 1st floor, lakefront end unit property features beautiful views through the screened in linai. 2 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed in the 1st bedroom with an en suite bathroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom next to the full guest bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and starter toiletries (see more below). The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, blender, electric can opener, toaster, and toaster oven. You’ll find loads of entertainment and fun at both the condo and the surrounding Port Charlotte / Punta Gorda area. Condo amenities include a heated pool (400ft from unit), shuffle board and bocce ball courts, and fishing at the dock just 25ft from the linai (fishing pole included). Located within 30 minutes to beautiful beaches, warm mineral springs, restaurants, and grocery stores including Walmart (5 minutes) and Publix. Wifi / Smart TV, AC, heating, electric, and water included. The unit includes one designated parking space as well as guest spaces available. There are also beach towels, chairs, and a beach mat available for use. Starter supplies including toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo / conditioner, and body wash are available, and guests are expected to purchase any additional supplies needed for their stay. Cleaning supplies, in-unit washer and dryer, and an ironing board are also included.

Amazing!

What a wonderful place! We had an amazing time at this well-furnished and fully equipped condo! It is closely located to the best activities this area has to offer. We visited 5 close beaches, went kayaking with gators and had amazing food at the restaurants nearby. But with the full kitchen - we saved a lot of on food! The owner is very responsive and easy to contact. We caught great fish in the lake right outside of our door and enjoyed the heated pool immensely! We cannot wait to go back!!!
