We enjoyed a wonderful two week stay at this condo. It is beautifully decorated (exactly as seen in photos), spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The common areas are very well maintained. The shared patio area and the pool are a great place to relax and meet new friends. It was our first visit here, but we learned that many guests return year after year to this same location. It’s a very peaceful setting and the view overlooking the canal from the lanai is a real bonus! While the island is still rebuilding following the hurricane, several stores/restaurants have opened at Santini Plaza (walking distance to the condo). There is a Surf Shop, 2 women’s clothing stores, a coffee shop, an Italian restaurant, a hardware store, a liquor store, a bar and ice cream shop. A nail salon/spa will be opening soon. There is also a CVS and 7 Eleven within walking distance. The condo owner was very easy to communicate with and immediately addressed any questions or needs. I would highly recommend this condo and its location!
