Everything about this house was a 5! It’s so beautiful. It’s open to sunlight, beautifully lit at night, beautifully furnished, and immaculate! Any concern that came up was answered immediately. This was an extraordinary experience.

Perfect home away from home

You always wonder when you book a VRBO if it'll be as great as the pictures online. It was better! The area was great, the backyard and pool were wonderful, and the canal was amazing. We were able to move right in and relax for 10 days! Also loved the communication screen, it would send us little messages about when the pool guy was coming, etc. Made it super easy to know what was happening. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

50th Birthday with friends

We have a fabulous stay! Great place to meet up with friends and spend a nice relaxing weekend away. The place was spotless and exactly as described. Communication was great and was able to do a late checkout. We took the kayaks our to explore the area. Spent a lot of our time on the beautiful patio and in the pool. Thank you for a great weekend!

Lovely stay.

We came after our DisneyWorld trip to relax and this was a perfect spot to spend relaxing. The pool was amazing. Our girls spent all day out there and it was beautifully taken care of inside and out. The property is spotless and owners thought of everything for what we needed for our stay. Shampoo, floaties, Apple TV, board games, kayaks, hair dryer, comfortable rooms, towels, etc! Stay here! The owners were so kind and went above and beyond. Thanks David and Steve!

Lovely property and accommodating hosts

The house is lovely and was immaculate when we arrived. David was easy to communicate with, prompt with his responses, and also very accommodating. Any fixes we needed were done almost immediately. The amenities were excellent. Anything we might have needed was there and clearly labeled. The grounds are well maintained and beautifully lit at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Highly Recommend

Beautiful and clean property, exactly as pictured, with quick replies from the rental company. Location was safe with friendly neighbors and convenient to local food spots and groceries. Not a bad drive to the beaches if you have your own car (Hollywood beach is our favorite and about a 30 minute drive. Fort Lauderdale beaches are closer but busier.), but you could spend the entire trip at the house and be more than satisfied. We did find that the heated pool was not very warm despite the pool service employee verifying the warmest setting, but this was just a minor finding and not of any inconvenience given the warmer weather. We certainly hope to return again soon!

Perfect Wilton Manors Getaway

This house was a great spot for our annual getaway to the Ft. Lauderdale area. We decided not to get a rental car and that was a good decision because we could walk to all the restaurants and bars of Wilton Manors, plus Publix was also nearby. The house was modern, comfortable and very clean. All the appliances and furnishings were updated. Nice touches included laundry detergent and kitchen extras like aluminum foil and saran wrap, which came in handy for our leftovers from going out to dinner. There were also a variety of pillow choices in the bedrooms which I appreciated because I'm picky about pillows. We didn't even need to contact the property managers during our stay because everything ran perfectly.

Peaceful, relaxing and refined :)

The Martell House was perfect. The house itself was super clean and it had everything we needed. I went with my family of 5 and we had plenty of room for the 6 nights we stayed. We enjoyed the big table for board games and eating meals together. I felt like we were in a high end hotel with the perk of having it to ourselves with our own private pool. Even the pool guy was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. David and Steve are great owners and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house is fully stocked and their attention to detail was much appreciated. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but yet just a short drive to shopping, eateries, night life, etc. I would highly recommend this house and I will definitely look into other properties that Dave and Steve offer when we are looking to get away again.

Perfect romantic getaway

My husband and I celebrated our 13yr anniversary at the Martell House. We were very pleased with the property. It was 20min from airport, close to town amenities and only a 10min drive to the beach. The house is beautiful (pictures are accurate) and well stocked for a rental! The house gets morning sun in the courtyard and full day sun in the backyard. Such a peaceful place to just relax and get away together. Lastly, the hospitality app was user friendly and very detailed. Loved this feature and wish more rentals would use it. We would recommend this home to our friends and family.

Beautiful Peaceful Comfort

We had a very nice stay. The kitchen was very well supplied. And the bed linens were perfectly soft. I personally loved the shower. One of the best I've had in my travels. There was plenty of space for us inside and out. We hosted our family for Easter. The close proximity to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods was a blessing. In fact, Martel House was so pleasant we stayed put the whole time. We enjoyed the pool and had fun with kayaks on the river. The decor is lovely and the coffee table books were superb. We were a bit startled by the train horn blasting close by and did not love the sound of the pool filter system right outside the master bed - I am particularly sensitive to mechanical noises. With that said, we'd stay there again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful Wilton Manors - Martell House

Beautiful home, spotlessly clean! We didn’t have the best of weather, so spent quite a bit of time indoors. The home was comfortable and never felt cramped. Would definitely stay here again!

Magnificent Martell House

This home away from home truly lives up to it's reviews. Very clean, modern, and lots of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the beautiful Floridian weather. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this home and easy communication with David and Steve. Loved the heated pool and happy that we rented the two kayaks supplied to view the waterways. Would definitely use David and Steve's services again!
