The back of home has a fire pit, which is a wonderful place to roast marshmallows or to socialize around the fire. There is a playhouse for the children to enjoy and a beautiful garden to explore. Botanical Gardens and the ocean are two walking blocks away. The gardens are spectacular when wildflowers or dahlias are blossoming. Enjoy dramatic views of the ocean as you walk on the bluffs. You might even see a pod of whales or seals resting on the rocks. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in, so it is completely private. The trundle bed has two separate single beds, and the house is equipped with all the essentials.

There is a fenced in yard, however, all pets need to stay on a leash except for when in the fenced in area. Please be aware that there are cats that roam the property who we love dearly! All dogs need to be friendly, trained to use the bathroom outdoors, and not chew or damage any property. All waste needs to be disposed of in the reciprocals located out the back door.
