There was food in our frig, feces in the trash can, a pill on the vanity, and a huge wet spot beside the bed. The reception attendant told my husband he was disrespectful for asking to replace the biohazard trash can. We never got a trash can. Ive contacted Wyndham.

Room: The room was not clean, and the refrigerator was very dirty with stuff in it from the previous occupant. No cups for water, sink water was splashing all over, and there were bugs in the sink. No coffee machine in the room, and no toilet paper holder. Property: There were lots of toads trying to get into the room. No ice machine, it seems it has been broken for a long time. Breakfast is pancakes. I did not eat breakfast. Staff: The staff was ok, new, so she did not know much. She tried to switch us to 2 other rooms - one was smoking and the smell was too much, the next one was in the same condition as the first one, filthy fridge and smelly. We requested to clean the first one and stayed in it.

Disappointed!

Though I booked two rooms at the time I booked, the rooms assigned initially were on opposite ends of the complex. The evening attendant moved things around and we ended up with rooms close to each other. We chose the hotel because it listed having a pool. We planned to let the cousins swim and play and spend time together. After checking in to my Non-Refundable rooms, I was informed that the Pool was closed for the weekend because "he was out of town for the weekend". Not cool. In one of the rooms, there was unrepaired water damage on the ceiling, and a DIRTY shower curtain. In the other room, the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months! AND there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door upon our arrival (not ours). They were non-smoking rooms, yet the blanket in one of the rooms had cigarette burns in it. The beds were at least comfortable. The person checking me in was at least pleasant. The morning attendant the next morning was not friendly at all. Overall - very disappointed.
