Perfect for families and groups traveling together, Blue Sky offers two separate living spaces and two fully equipped kitchens, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out while vacationing together.
One of the home's biggest perks is the abundance of additional hangout space. Three main porches, a sunroom, additional patio space, two living areas, and a fenced backyard give your group multiple places to gather, dine, relax, or enjoy a little extra space. Whether it's morning coffee on the screened porch, an afternoon by the pool, or an evening outside after the beach, there is no shortage of places to unwind.
Located on Folly Beach's quieter West Side, Blue Sky keeps the beach just steps away while offering convenient access to Folly Beach County Park and Center Street.

Bedroom 2 – Upstairs: Queen bed and shared hallway bathroom.
Bedroom 3 – Upstairs: Two Twin beds, Smart TV, shared hallway bathroom, and small side patio.
Bedroom 4 – Downstairs: King bed, TV, and shared hallway bathroom.
Bedroom 5 – Downstairs: Twin-over-Full bunk bed and shared hallway bathroom. A second washer and dryer are located in this room.
Downstairs Living Room: Sofa bed and Smart TV with cable.

POOL NOTICE
- Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $40 per day and must be added for the entire stay or the remainder of the stay.
- If you don't request pool heat when booking, you must request and pay for it at least two days in advance.
- The pool-heater thermostat is set between 82–84°F. During colder weather, particularly from mid-December through February/mid-March, the pool may not reach temperatures above approximately 75°F. Weather conditions can affect pool temperature, so we can't guarantee a specific temperature. We do not provide refunds when weather conditions prevent pool use.

NOTES
- Contactless Check-In: This home has a keyless-entry system. We will provide your door code before arrival.
- Parking: The property has two driveways with ample parking.
- Beach Equipment: Beach equipment is not provided or guaranteed. Guests may use any equipment available at the property.

- You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
- Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside of the home.
- No pets are permitted.
- Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved in advance by our office.

HOUSE POLICIES
- The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests must respect the surrounding community, observe the listed maximum occupancy, and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
- House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- The Folly Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Your rental agreement states that you may not use the property in a way that disturbs or offends surrounding residents.
- To help protect our guests, neighbors, property owners, and the Folly Beach community, this home uses NoiseAware noise-monitoring technology. NoiseAware measures decibel levels only. It is privacy-compliant and does not listen to or record conversations.
- If noise exceeds the permitted level, guests may receive a courtesy text asking them to reduce the volume before a violation occurs. This helps prevent police violations, fines, and possible revocation of the homeowner's business license.
- The property's maximum occupancy of 10 guests may not be exceeded at any time during the stay.
- If occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and require that all guests vacate the property immediately without a refund.
