This spacious ground floor holiday apartment is located in the quiet village of Flussio, in the province of Oristano. The medieval town of Bosa, where the only navigable river in Sardinia flows, the Temo, is only 7 kilometres away. From its marina in Marina di Bosa, one of the most beautiful panoramic roads along the coast leads to Alghero (approx. 50 km). The hilly landscape all around is rich in vineyards planted with Malvasia grapes. The excellent DOC wine produced here goes very well with the typical Sardinian almond biscuits, among other things. Visit the nearby (approx. 1 km) and extraordinary village of Tinnura, with its famous murals.

Appartement agréable mais attention

L’appartement est situĂ© dans le village de Flussio. Alors attention il vous faudra prĂ©voir les frais de mĂ©nage (qui n’est pas prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce, surprise aprĂšs rĂ©servation) et rĂ©gler la facture d’électricitĂ©. Ce qui change le tarif et le rends beaucoup moins compĂ©titif. L’appartement est Ă©loignĂ© des commoditĂ©s (restaurant, magasins...) et de la plage (prĂ©voir 15 min en voiture pour la plus proche). Le logement Ă©tait propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. La procĂ©dure d’arrivĂ©e s’est bien passĂ©e. Concernant le fonctionnement c’est trĂšs compliquĂ©, l’evacuation des eaux usĂ©es se fait mal, du coup vous avez des remontĂ©es d’odeurs, il faut Ă©galement prĂ©voir des adapteurs pour les prises Ă©lectriques car il n’y en a que deux dans tout le logement, la chasse d’eau est Ă  faire manuellement avec la bonne vieille bassine d’eau. Surtout n’oubliez pas de prendre des produits contre les moustiques parce qu’ils sont trĂšs nombreux et voraces, mais il y a aussi le problĂšme de mouches dans la cuisine. Sinon le coin est sympa et vous serez complĂštement dĂ©connectĂ© du quotidien

Unseriöses Angebot, niemals buchen!!!

Leider sind die Bilder, Text und alle Angaben nicht wahrheitsgemĂ€ĂŸ. Eine dunkle, unbehagliche Unterkunft ist mit Methoden der modernen Bildbearbeitung geschönt dargestellt. Von zwei BĂ€dern ist eines im Außenbereich, es stinkt und ist unbrauchbar, Das eigentliche Bad ist auch kaum zu benutzen. Die Dusche ist defekt, die ToilettenspĂŒlung nur mit viel Geduld funktionsfĂ€hig und das Bad stĂ€ndig nass, da das Waschbecken eine defekte Leitung hat. Wir wurden durch uns fremde, vom Vermieter beauftragte Personen bedroht, ebenso vom Vermieter, weil die Zusatzkosten FĂŒr BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher und Endreinigung mit Bezug des Appartements sofort zu entrichten waren. Dies war uns nicht bewusst. Eine normale Kommunikation ohne italienische Sprachkenntnisse ist unmöglich. Insgesamt haben wir mit 8 unterschiedlichen Personen kommuniziert. FrĂŒhmorgens am 1. Urlaubstag wurde gegen die TĂŒr gehĂ€mmert, mit Polizei gedroht. Nach weiteren beleidigenden Nachrichten sind wir (bei voller Bezahlung der gebuchten Tage und sĂ€mtlicher Nebenkosten, dazu gehört auch Strom!!!) vorzeitig abgereist. Ein komplett ĂŒberteuertes, unseriöses Angebot - dazu doppelt so weit vom Strand entfernt wie angegeben. HĂ€nde weg!
