Welcome! This is our little paradise in Florianópolis! Close to Mozambique beach, which is the most beautiful for us. Surfers beach, trails beach, peace beach, nature and contemplation. A special place for special people. My space is close to parks, art and culture, beautiful scenery, the beach and restaurants ..

You will love my space because of the people, the environment, the outdoor area and the neighborhood. My space is good for couples, individual adventures and business travelers.
Our studios are set up to offer comfort with a personal and youthful touch. Everything about them is done with dedication, from cleaning to decoration, so that our guests feel welcome.

We live in another case on the same land, so we are available to assist with anything you need. If we were not there, we remain communicable by phone.

The house has the land shared with our other houses also announced here. The houses are in harmony together and the land is large enough for everyone.

Take care of the house as if it were yours!

- Do not leave lamps on during the day or electrical appliances, such as air conditioning, when they are outside the house.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, inhabited annually by residents of the island. It has good restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, gas stations, fruit trees, and all kinds of establishments of basic necessity. In the middle of the forest reserve is the lake terminal with boats that lead to the Costa da Lagoa, a community of fishermen of Azorean origin, with numerous typical restaurants. Quality public transport with a conventional, executive and interpreting bus line, which are the ones that connect the beaches of the North and South of the Island, with Lagoa, Universities and the Center of Florianópolis.

Public transport available on the main avenue, which connects to the north and south of the island. To get from the airport, the best way would be uber, taxi or car. If necessary, you can arrive by bus as well but this is not the most practical way. To get around the island it is better to go by car or motorcycle, but if you are not in a hurry you can reach many places by bus as well.
