Comfortable and spacious thanks to the two double bedrooms, one with a large walk-in closet and one with a private bathroom with shower. Ideal for couples and families, it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Bright location thanks to the living area that offers a privileged view of Via Por Santa Maria. A short walk from Piazza Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and the main tourist attractions.
The common area with dining table, TV corner and sofa, also includes a fully equipped kitchen to meet all the needs of guests who intend to spend a longer stay.
A second bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
The option of single beds is available.
Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
