Amazing expansive, beautify designed room with incedible details. Truly a sight to see and as comfortable as it was stunning. Large beautiful marble wall and floor bathroom. The entire hotel was simply amazing. The staff was perfect. Everyone was incedibly helpful and a delight to interact with. The lobby staff gave us some incredible recommendations for dinner at Osterias locals enjoy. Best steak I've ever had. We cant wait to come back.

This was our second stay and it was great. The room was spacious and had an amazing bathroom and shower. The location is perfect and walkable to everything in Florence. Having two options for food and drinks on site is very convenient and the staff as both were great. Overall a perfect spot in Florence and we will be back next time we are in town.

Perfect hotel right in the heart of Florence! The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff especially Erik, Angelo, & Gemma were extremely helpful and friendly!
