Spring Family Fishing Trip

The house is located at a great spot on the white river. We put our boat in the water two doors down and keep it at our own dock. On days we use a fishing guide, they pick us us at our dock. It’s our fourth time staying here and I’m sure we will again.

Fishing the white river!

We have two married sons and we all fit perfectly in this home. There is plenty of couches and tv’s to spread out or come together to play shuffleboard. The dock is perfect to fish from and dock our boat. This is our second time staying and I’m sure we’ll be back again soon.

Paradise on the White River!

ur stay in this lovely home exceeded our expectations. The house has been very recently updated with so many special touches that we felt we were in a completely new home. The owners stocked the home with many items that we customarily find ourselves having to make quick runs to the grocery store upon arriving at other homes. These are things that others homes don't always think of. The owners were also available to help us with issues we had related to our boat and our fishing, that without them we would have lost many days. The dock is amazing and so convenient. The owners recommended a guided fishing service that was beyond our expectations as well. Never have we caught so many and such large brown and rainbow (native!) trout. Unlike all of our many previous vacation homes in Florida and the Outer Banks, we watched no TV, and spent very little time on electronics because we found ourselves spellbound by looking out at the White river from the enclosed porch. There was always something to see; boats, people fishing, fox playing across the water, blue heron, pelicans and other wildlife. By far the most relaxing vacation in memory. We will stay here again very soon and often.

Amazing home right on the river!

Great place to spend the weekend with some friends and family celebrating birthdays! Lisa was an amazing host, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She had birthday balloons and treats for the kids birthday when we arrived. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we were able to fish from the private dock. There was also plenty of backyard for the kids to play a lot of wiffle ball when we weren’t fishing. The location was perfect. We were close to town if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!!

Grand babies first trip in the white river!

Nice to have the boat dock for our boat! The location was excellent for our guides to pick us up. Very convenient to shopping. Plenty of room to share. We loved the shuffleboard, tv and couch in the family room. Great views and sunshine in the sunroom. We plan to stay again soon.

BEST VRBO EXPERIENCE!

The home was fabulous! EVERYTHING about it! The owners, the comfortable beds, the location, the convenience of a fully stocked home! Everything that we could have needed was available! We went for our sons 18th birthday and Lisa went above and beyond in decorating and making this weekend extra special! Communication was always fast and helpful! We have had several bookings with VRBO and this is our first review to leave because it was just that AMAZING!! Our best VRBO experience by far! We hope to stay here again in the near future!

Family, Fun and Fishing

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated home. It was perfect for our family to have fun . We played games, fished right outside the door on the White River, relaxed in the home while watching the River go by and just enjoyed family time. Wonderful experience & Beautiful home

Communication with Lisa was wonderful. We went to Flippin to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday. Lisa had balloons, cupcakes, cards, birthday banner and a ball cap for him at the house. She went above and beyond to make him feel special. He even said, “This is the best birthday ever!!” The house is located right on the White River. All the boys loved fishing from the dock. The home is beautifully updated with plenty of space for our group of 2 adults and 4 boys. The shuffle board was a BIG hit amongst us, too. This is the best house we have stayed at on the White River (we have been going every Fall for the last few years). It definitely felt like our home away from home.
