Large car park. Friendly and quick check in. Hotel on the outside a bit tired looking, but inside was ok. Room was clean & tidy. Bed was comfy. Not a great lunch/dinner menu to choose from but good enough. Breakfast a bit pricey. £15 if pre booked, £17 on the door! Easy walking distance of Fleet High with plenty of eateries and bars. Would stay again at the right price.

Overall a disappointing stay. 1st room we had was a little unclean . 2nd room had a broken shower head bracket. We reported it twice, then a maintenance staff cam in to replace it
