Queen Bdrm with shared bath at Peace in the Pines

Private queen bedroom with a shared bath for 1 person only. No pets or animals of any kind. 30 night minimum. You will have use of the kitchen and common areas of this 3 bdrm, 2 bath single story house also. You will be responsible for shared cleaning duties, but this price includes professional cleaning once a month. When requesting, please tell me about yourself. Now, king bedroom + private bathroom also available at an additional cost- please inquire.

To be a good roommate: Room is available for 1 person only. No overnight guests, and no frequent guests. No Smoking. Students are a plus.
