Family trip to celebrate our NAU grad

The place was spacious, super clean and had every need in the kitchen. W splayed board games, did a puzzle, used the grill to cookout. The bathrooms were amazing and all of the decor was fun. It was away from campus but a short 15 minute drive. We would definitely stay again!!

Great location

Great location, well appointed and clean! We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s quiet, close to town and easy access to anywhere you need to go in Flag or the surrounding ding area. Communication check in/out was easy and no stress. We would stay here again!

Flagstaff Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful time while staying at this property. It was pet friendly and provided all the amenities a typical group would enjoy. The home is in a wonderful neighborhood and includes an awesome fenced in backyard. The interior was laid out perfectly with a very nice fireplace. Communication with the owner was great! We highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the Flagstaff area!

Beautiful Flagstaff home

We stayed 2 nights with one other couple and there 2 children along with myself, wife and 2 children. There was plenty of space and a large fenced backyard for the boys to play in. This is set up very nicely and would be a great place to bring your fury friends as well. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to bring the puperdoos!

Great location and backyard for the dogs! Lots of walking trails very close by. The Cambell Mesa trial area just a few minutes' drive away was our favorite. Saw a heard for 20+ elk on our hike! Good thing the dogs didn't pay attention to them. The well stocked kitchen was great for cooking / BBQ 'ng in the evenings. Overall layout of property is perfect for an extended vacation away from the PHX heat. Only complaint is the beds were a bit hard for our liking. Ya, getting old sucks :-)

Perfect spot for a week getaway

We were very happy with this property. Close to federal and state lands for hiking, close to the lakes for walking our dog, very inviting for our dog with bowls and treats and a secure back yard. The kitchen could use a few more utensils but otherwise has all the basics we needed!

Family getaway

A fun filled week with the family in the cool pines. We went out to dinner each night, Salsa Brava, oreganos, and Plato Thai, all delicious. We did Flagstaff Extreme and Griffin Springs hike. Wonderful neighborhood near a small lake, driving range, and I even played some tennis with my friends who live in Flagstaff. House was roomy and ver clean.

Everything We Needed

This was a great house for us! 4 kids, ages 3-16 and 3 adults, 2 dogs. Great backyard! Loved the 2 masters, everything was super clean. Great proximity to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Graduation Weekend

Great property for kids and dogs!

This was a great place to stay for our family and 2 dogs! Our Son loved the bunk bed, the puzzles, and board games available to play! Our 2 dogs loved the size of the backyard and being able to play full speed in the snow! The neighborhood was very nice and welcoming. The location was very easy to drive to and from. We will definitely look for this property again next time we’re in Flagstaff!

Great family property!

This property was great for our family. Having sesparate bedrooms and bathrooms was really very nice. The house is spacious with a great floor plan. The neighborhood is lovely with a short walk to the lake. Great for the dogs. Our pups loved the backyard. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house and neighborhood

Our stay was incredible. From the communication with Paige, the cleanliness of the home, a beautiful walking neighborhood with access to trails nearby, we couldn't have asked for more. This was the most dog-friendly house we have ever stayed in through VRBO. The backyard was huge for our active German short-haired pointer, dog bowls and treats for the pup, and a doggie door in the second master bedroom. I would highly recommend this house for your stay in Flagstaff! AND… I cooked our Thanksgiving meal for our family and had everything I needed. Very well-stocked kitchen.

Nice

All in all nice. Check in had wrong code. Easy fix, property manager answered immediately. Kitchen was not as well stocked as most other VRBO we have stayed in, but adequate. Stairs to downstairs backyard felt unstable as we would have liked to feel more secure, need a little TLC. And no outdoor dining area if you're looking for dinners outside in the beautiful weather. Walking distance to the lake in community was awesome. With all the fees to use VRBO, like most properties, very expensive to rent for less than 2 days with the late check in and early check out.

Great weekend

We had a wonderful stay at the house along with our dogs. The house owner was very helpful and communication was great. After leaving the home my son realized he didn’t pack his electronic. We communicated that to the homeowner and she helped to find it after we left. Her attention to our needs was greatly appreciated and what could have ended in a bad way was averted by her speedy responses. Thanks again.

Awesome! Stay here!

Stay here! Beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to visit Flagstaff, Grand Canyon or Sedona. Great communication with local contact and owner. Deck was great for grilling and backyard was perfect for our dog (especially liked the secondary master bedroom with dog door/door to deck/fence so the dog could be let out without disturbing friends staying in the master bedroom). Highly recommend.

Perfect home for two families

The house was nearly perfect and as described. Only bummer was we couldn’t get the fireplace to start. I tried to email the property contact, but I realized late that my email was stuck in my outbox. So that’s on me. Every time our dog went in the backyard there was another neighbor dog barking like crazy. So out of respect to the neighbors, we didn’t leave our dog in the back yard. The neighborhood was great, and loved the one story house. We would stay again.

Great stay!

My family and I had so much fun here. The home is clean, and very welcoming. There was so much snow that we couldn’t leave by check out but the ladies were so friendly and allowed us to stay a little after until the roads were cleared. There’s a little lake down the street which was a nice walk. Definitely check out this place!

Great property

We had a great time staying at this property. It was well-equipped and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful which we really appreciated. The steps to the backyard were a bit steep, but our dogs managed to figure them out fairly quickly. No complaints about that as it was clearly identified in the description of the property. The only negatives I can come up with would be that the master bed was high and difficult to climb in to [I’m only 5’3”], and it would be nice if the refrigerator had a ice maker and water dispenser in the door. That being said, neither issue would preclude us from staying here again.

Feel like Home

This was one of the nicest homes we have stayed in Flagstaff! The neighborhood is so quiet and well cared for. It is a great location---so easy to jump on the highway for an adventure or pop into town (BTW the Farmer's Market was terrific)! The home is spacious, extremely well stocked and organized. The kitchen has anything you need for cooking for yourself or a group. Everything from great towels and linens to toiletries in the bathrooms made the stay so comfortable and easy. The house is updated and is in really good condition. The furniture was so comfortable! The owners obviously want to make sure anything you need is at your fingertips. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck overlooking a very nice private yard. We would definitely stay again.

Girls epic trip

We all thought the property very nice. Central location to other places we traveled to. Sedona, grand canyon, groceries and even the medical center. I felt safe,well taken care of and certainly had all the items we needed for staying there multiple days. We did find the washer and dryer to be neglected with left over dirt and lint. Our overall impression was great and would recommend the property to anyone that planned a trip like ours.
