- Be kind with the AC and eletricity. Use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominiumas there is a $50 cap on electricity on rentals over 1 week.
- Upon arrival you will be given a parking plate. Please be aware that it has to be given back upon check out. If lost, the cost is $200.
