Very strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room..

Including bedding and towels. Staff solution was to open the sliding door at 10 pm. No wi fi except in the common area, which would be lovely in summer but was cold and windy with cafe blinds only partly closing. No toiletries or bottled water, a set breakfast. Room only serviced when we specifically requested it. Might be nicer in summer.

Locatie was prima in Gocek, maar de hotel is aan onderhoud toe. Onze bed was erg slecht, je voelt de veren in je rug. Hotel is vrij gehorig, terwijl het niet druk was in de hotel hoor je iedereen binnenkomen 's nachts. Als je erg vroeg moet opstaan voor je vlucht een slechte bed en geen nachtrust zijn zeer belangrijk... Seizoen was nog niet geopend, men leek daardoor rustig aan te doen. Paden waren vol met droge bladeren, niemand veegt het even schoon. Evenals de balkon van onze kamer Het lijkt meer dat de mensen daar wonen en hotel runnen een bijzaak is, hopelijk verandert deze houding in de toekomst (ongeacht of de hotel vol is of er een kamer is) Volgende keer zoeken we zeker een ander hotel in Gocek

Yağmur Otel Ailenizle gidip güzel bir tatil yapabileceğiniz güzel bir otel.Samimi ve güler yüzlü personele sahipler.. İşletme sahipleri müşteri memnuniyetini sağlayabilmek için çok çalışıyor.Fiyatları makul. Aile ortamı arayan tatilcilere öneriyorum. Bir daha Göcek'e gidersek yine Yağmur Oteli seçeriz.

Odalar geniş ve ferah, kahvaltısı lezzetli ve doyurucu, havuz oldukça güzel. Ama en önemlisi konaklamanız boyunca sizi rahat ettirmek için elinden geleni fazlasıyla yapan güleryüzlü ekip. İlk gidişimiz olmasına rağmen bize sanki 10. Kez gidiyormuşuz gibi bir his yaşatan tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz.

Çift olarak geldiğimiz otelden çok memnun ayrıldık. Otelden denize 1 dakikada varmak mümkün. Odamız tertemiz, tam teçhizatlıydı. Otelin personelinden sahibesine çalışanına, müşteriye tutumu muhteşem ve hizmet odaklıydı. Konaklamımızdan memnun kaldık. Tekrar gelsek kesinlikle tercihimiz Yağmur Otel olur.
