Appalling!

from check-in to the state of the flat, nothing went right. The place wasn’t maintained, a long list of things were broken, when we informed the staff, we were accused instead of helped. The internet didn’t work, even though we were assured at booking that it would. The customer service was awful / completely non-existent. I am NOT recommending this accommodation!
