I was in consent contact with your staff about early check in, we needed to change clothes before going to the funeral. I was told they would do everything to accommodate us. The rooms were being cleaned when we arrived, but we would be late if we waited to change, so your staff allowed use to change in a vacant conference room, it was 5 of us.
