ES SERRAL es una casa de vacaciones muy acogedora con jardín y piscina privada, situada en un idílico lugar con vista mar, cerca del Vall d'Or Golf, s'Horta, Cala d'Or y Portocolom. Ideal para 8 personas ( camas extra para niños bajo petición ).

Impresionante casa de campo, situada en una finca privada de 15.000 m² y rodeada de campo con almendros y olivos y con unas vistas maravillosas del paisaje mallorquín con el Mar Mediterráneo en el horizonte. Las playas blancas con agua cristalina de Cala Marsal y Cala Sanau están a pocos minutos. Cala Sanau es una de las calas más hermosas de Mallorca. Los propietarios, conocidos en todo el pueblo, han diseñado su casa Es Serral, poniendo gran atención en realzar un ambiente típico y de relajación. Muebles y accesorios de calidad por toda la casa y aire acondicionado y calefacción en todas las habitaciones.

PLANTA PISO : Galería con biblioteca dónde se puede colocarse dos camas extra. La habitación principal con cama doble, cuarto de baño con ducha en-suite y con vistas al mar en la lejanía. Dos habitaciones dobles con acceso a una terraza grande con vistas espléndidas y un cuarto de baño grande con bañera/ducha.

MEDIDA CAMAS : 1 Doble ( 180 x 200 cm ) 6 Individuales ( 90 x 200 cm ) Para convertir en cama doble según necesidad. Camas muy cómodas con sobre-colchón y doble almohada.

EXTERIOR : Piscina privada y terraza amueblada con ocho hamacas y una casita de barbacoa con WIFI y amplia terraza cubierta para comer, fregadero y baño con ducha.

SILLA DE RUEDAS : Es Serral está adaptada para algunas silla de ruedas, ya que la mayor parte de los alrededores de la casa es llana. La anchura de la puerta del cuarto de baño de la planta baja es de 66 centímetros. Solo hay 2 escalones desde la terraza de la piscina al interior de la casa.

Einfach schön und erholsam

Die Finca und der Außenbereich ist großartig und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte, wären die Duschen/ Badewannen die etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Die Lage war für uns optimal, um mit dem Auto die Insel zu erkunden. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe mit dem Auto erreichbar. Lone ist eine tolle Gastgeberin gewesen und sehr darauf bedacht, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Stunning villa!

What an incredible place to spend a holiday. Everything about the villa was just perfect and we particularly enjoyed the large outdoor pool area which was really peaceful, well equipped with comfy seating and loungers and overlooking a gorgeous view of countryside and the sea. It's a stone's throw from many of Majorca's beautiful coves and sandy beaches where we spent the days swimming and snorkeling. There are little shops in the town but also big supermarkets close by with everything you could need. We really struck gold with this place and would absolutely love to go back sometime.

Beautiful Majorcan Villa

We were impressed by how clean and well appointed the villa was. Communication with the host was straightforward. The villa is well laid our with four good sized bedrooms. There's good views across the countryside to the sea in the distance. The area around the pool is particularly nice with a colonnaded area for dining and relaxing and plenty of space for sunbathing. The nearby town of S'Horta, under 5 minutes drive away, has shops, a chemist and a couple of nice restaurants on the town square against the church. The villa's in reach of the coast and you can get to several of the costal towns and villages in 10-20 minutes.

Wonderful finca in a calm place

We had a pleasant stay in this villa. We were 8 including 4 childrens and it was simple to live. You feel alone in the middle of olive's trees. No noise, just the view with the trees and see, nice! Nothing so far, Portocolom and the beautiful Cala Marçal are reached in 5 minutes by car. And Cala d'Or is reached by less than 10 minutes. We recommend this villa without hesitation.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine super Zeit hier, alles war so wie beschrieben. Die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Finca hat viel Charme und einen traumhaften Ausblick. Schöner Pool, welcher täglich überprüft wurde. Wir hatten das große Glück uns am Pool massieren zu lassen..... einfach traumhaft.

Tolle Auszeit in den Osterferien

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in dieser tollen Finca verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es war sehr sauber und alles war so, wie es im Inserat suggeriert wurde. Lone, unsere Vermieterin war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Jede Anfrage wurde sofort beantwortet, die von ihr empfohlene Autovermietung ROIG war klasse und sie hat uns vor dem Testchaos am Flughafen bewahrt, so dass wir eine ganz entspannte Rückreise hatten. (Dafür nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank, liebe Lone!) Unser Fazit: Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Eine tolle Finca mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr großzügiges Grundstück, ein perfekter Außenbereich mit einem schönen Pool, vielfältige Sitzmöglichkeiten, einem Außengrill und Tischtennisplatte. Die Innenausstattung ist prima-es fehlt an nichts. Wir werden bestimmt gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank und weiter so!

sehr schöne und gut gepflegte Finca/ very nice & clean finca

Wir haben unsere Oktoberwoche hier sehr genossen. Als Willkommenskörbchen wurden wir mit Getränken begrüßt. Das Haus ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen, u.a. auch Fön in jedem Bad, Tischtennisplatte, viele Spiele, mobiler Strandsonnenschirm, Buddelsachen und Luftmatratze ausgestattet. Spülmittel, Streichhölzer, Kerzen, Spülmaschinen-Tabs gehören auch zur Grundausstattung. Die LTE Abdeckung ist auch sehr gut. Die Masten stehen ca. 3km entfernt auf einer Bergkuppe. Das WLAN ist auch recht flott. Die Objektmanagerin kümmerte sich um alle unsere Anliegen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Mittelmeer und kann im Frühjahr und Herbst den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Der nächste Strand in Cala Sanau ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Unsere Kinder haben den großen Pool genossen und wir die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Morgens um 9 Uhr wird man von den Glocken der Schafe geweckt. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Mallorca kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder hierher kommen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass fußläufig keine Geschäfte erreichbar sind. We enjoyed our Octoberweek in this very nice and clean Finca, The house has everything you need such as hairdryer in every bathroom; matches, candles and games in the living room and cleaning set for dishwasher etc. in the kitchen. The finca has very good LTE connectivity as well as fast WiFi. From the balcony in the top floor you can see the Mediterranean. In Spring and Fall you can see the sunrise. Our children enjoyed the big pool. We enjoyed the silence. The next beach is Cala Sanau just 10 minutes by car. The object manager was reachable day and night and respond very fast on our wishes and questions. We enjoyed the stay very much and would select this nice Finca when we are going top visit Mallorca again.

Vi havde en skøn ferie med hele familien. Med et supermarked i nærheden kunne Vig int lave alle måltider hjemme. Og aktiviteter var intet problem at finde på.

Eine wunderschöne Finca!!!

Wir waren insgesamt 14 Tage in der Finca mit Kindern und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Finca wurde regelmäßig vom Reinigungsdienst gesäubert und der Pool alle 2 Tage bis täglich kontrolliert. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Eine solch tolle Ausstattung hatten wir bislang noch in keiner anderen Finca. Der Poolbereicht war für uns ausreichend groß und sehr gepflegt. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Sonnenaufgänge waren einzigartig. Der Kontakt zu Lone war immer sehr freundlich und alles organisatorische hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder mieten.

Perfect stay, better than we thought

This property is in very good condition and even better than the pictures. All well equipped for a pleasant stay in an amazing location in Mallorca and with the most wonderful views. Very spacious for our group of 8 adults and our 1 year old grand-child. Es Serral was decorated to a high standard with comfortable beds and it was nice to be close to many beaches and a small village with supermarket and restaurants. Very attentive service before and during our stay and we had no troubles in finding our holiday home even though it was getting dark when we arrived thanks to the good directions from the airport to the Villa. We would love to come back.

Beautiful Es Serral

Es Serral is a lovely villa, nice and clean and good A/C in the bedrooms. We loved the spacious pool area with the amazing views towards the sea. Personally I enjoyed the sunrise nearly every morning, as I did book a yoga instructor and Viví was very professional like the rest of the team. We also had a Private Chef making us a delicious BBQ. Everything was perfect and all 6 of us would love to come back.

Lovely villa, great views, fabulous outdoor space, well equipped, quiet and peaceful

We have had a great time staying here. We know the area well and there is lots to do, although a car is a must. The villa has a lovely view to the sea and being a little elevated catches the breeze which is a godsend on hot days. The outdoor space around the pool was big enough for our group of 4 adults and 4 older teenagers, with grassy shade under the palm trees and under the bbq area or full on sun if you want it. Table tennis was well used. The pool is kept immaculately clean. The villa itself is very well equipped and everything worked properly. Plenty of hot water at all times. The extra upstairs balcony provided a welcome private teenagers space. Overall we rated it 4 stars. We’ve stayed in many villas in Mallorca and this would be 5 stars if it had 5 star bathrooms, had 2 doubles and 2 twin bedrooms, clean sheets in the midweek clean and didn’t have so many “extra charges” eg. for staying extra hours, needing extra ac hours or forgetting the key safe code etc. (none of these affected us thankfully, but we’ve never encountered such extra charges before). Particularly annoying is the €120 euro cleaning charge when you leave which in my opinion should be included in the €4000 we paid. In the information in the villa it describes the Wednesday and Saturday cleans as “complimentary”. Everyone expects their villa to be clean on arrival - it would be better to add it into the rental cost as psychologically it feels quite annoying. Overall though, this is a lovely place to stay. It is quiet and peaceful with only the sounds of the birds and the local farm animals, yet with easy access to nearby towns and beaches. The market day at Santanyi was a great morning out. Would we stay here again? Yes, we would.
