Sehr netter Vermieter, Mobiliar zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und war alles da was man benötigt. Einkaufsladen sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Meer auch in ca 3-5 min gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Von uns 5 Sterne- Bewertung 👍

Wir waren im Appartement Nr. 3 untergebracht. Dieses hat 2 Schlafzimmer und eine große schöne Terrasse von der aus man das Meer sehen kann. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und in den Ort Fazana.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht! Ein herzlicher Empfang und eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die der Beschreibung entspricht. Besonders schön ist auch die Terasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Lage ist perfekt, zum Strand 3min., nach Fazana 5min. Und 3min. zum Supermarkt. Alles was man braucht für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir sind als Familie mit Kleinhund im Juli verreist. Sehr gastfreundlicher und hilfsbereiter Eigentümer. Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit einer großen West-Terrasse mit Meeresblick ausgestattet, d. h. der Sonnenuntergang kann auch von hier aus genossen werden. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Tolle Restaurants und ein großer Supermarkt ("Plodine") in der Nähe. Insgesamt ist Fazana ein boomender und sich stark entwickelnder Ferienort, was man an den vielen Bauprojekten festmachen kann (alle Arbeiten an den Objekten ruhen jedoch in der Sommerzeit). Fazit: Die Wohnung inklusive Lage ist eine klare Empfehlung.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in guter Lage mit sehr netten Gastgebern

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit unseren Kindern in der Wohnung. Die Dachterasse ist der Hit! Man geht nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand und zum Zentrum vom Ort und ein großer Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Ein perfekter Platz zum entspannen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und in guten Stand. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!

Gut gelegene und günstige FeWo mit sehr freundlichem Inhaber

Nachdem wir die FeWo dann fanden (Hausnummerierungen etwas chaotisch da) wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Ilja war immer ansprechbar (gut auf deutsch), humorvoll, gesellig, großzügig und packte auch an, als unser Kind nachts von Übelkeit geplagt das Bett vollreierte - das halte ich in der Form nicht für selbstverständlich. Unsere lebhaften Kinder schienen nie zu stören/nerven. Für uns war die FeWo eine guter Ausgangspunkt sowohl für Strandspaziergänge im Ort als auch für Pkw-Erkundungen in Istrien. Es war uns eine Freude. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

Schönes Appartement mit grosser Terrasse

Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, ganztägig Sonne incl. malerischer Sonnenuntergang im Meer. Küche ist mit allem Nötigem ausgestattet. Die 2 Schlafzimmer haben eine Dachschräge, Betten sind gut. Die Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für 2 Personen und 2 Kinder und liegt in einem ruhigen Villenviertel im 2. Stock. Vermieter sehr freundlich, kompetent und unkompliziert. Zentrum von Fazana mit Hafen und vielen Restaurants zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Privater Parkplatz kostenlos direkt beim Haus. Großer Supermarkt in ca. 150 m Entfernung.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Ab 24.8. waren wir für 2 Wochen in der oberen Fewo untergebracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr gut eingerichtet und tiptop sauber. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Fazana ist ein sehr schöner Ort mit weitläufigem Kieselstrand. Man kann Liegen ausleihen, es gibt Umkleidemöglichkeiten und WC am Strand. Für das leibliche Wohl wird in vielen Gaststätten (Konobas) gesorgt. Überall hat das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt und die Bedienung war stets freundlich. Istrien bietet unzählige Sehenswürdigkeiten, da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Von Fazana aus gibt es auch einige Möglichkeiten von Schiffsausflügen. Man kann mit der Fähre zu den Briunijinseln übersetzen oder mit kleinen Fischerbooten aufs Meer hinaus fahren. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass in Pula ein Musikfestival stattfand, bei dem die Musik so laut war, dass wir die Bässe bis Fazana hören konnten und an einen ruhigen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Natürlich konnten unsere Vermieter da nichts dafür. Abschließend möchten wir sagen, dass die Unterkunft und der Fischerort Fazana auf alle Fälle eine Reise wert sind.

Herrlicher Urlaub

Meine Frau, zwei unserer erwachsenen Kinder und ich haben den Urlaub im kleinen Ort Fazana sehr genossen. Wir sind sehr sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Allein der freundliche Vermieter war die Reise wert. Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Strand, Supermarkt und Hafen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der riesige Balkon hatte den ganzen Tag Sonne. Man hätte sich den Weg zum Strand sparen können. Zur Beschattung gibt es eine Markise und für heiße Tage eine Klimaanlage. Fantastisch!!! 6 von 5 Sternen - ein Zusatzstern für Gastfreundlichkeit

Liebe Familie Pavicic, vielen lieben Dank für unvergessliche Ferien bei Ihnen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sie waren sehr gastfreundlich und standen uns bei Fragen gern zur Seite. Die Ferienwohnung liegt traumhaft und hat einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer und man kann Abends tolle Sonnenuntergänge sehen. Außerdem ist sie sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Zum glasklaren Meer sind es 300m zu Fuß. Fazana ist ein toller Ferienort und nicht so überlaufen wie Pula, Rovinj oder Medulin. Wir werden unseren Urlaub in Erinnerung behalten und können die Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder. :-) Liebe Grüße Familie Burghardt - Juli 2017

Fantastischer Traumurlaub

Liebe Gastgeberfamilie, Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft gelegen, ca. 300m vom Meer. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Gastfreundlichkeit des Vermieters ist außerordentlich. Er war bei allen Fragen behilflich und hat ein super Tipps gegeben. An der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Fazana ist ein schöner Ort, nicht so überlaufen wie andere Küstenorte und liegt vor den Toren der Brijuni Inseln. In der Nähe sind weitere tolle Orte wie Pula, Medulin, Rovinj, etc. Das Meer ist traumhaft und klar. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.
