We stayed here from Louisiana and got married on April 10 it was the most beautiful home in the most amazing neighborhood very quiet! No issues, check in process was a breeze! We can not wait to book a trip back to Arkansas and use this property! We will definitely we recommending it to our family and friends!

Great location in Fayetteville area

We stayed here while in town to visit family. House was very clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t cook in the house so I can’t comment on how well stocked the kitchen is. But it seemed to have the basics. Owner was very quick to communicate with and easy to get a hold off. We host family often and will stay here again.

Excellent Space for Family

We were in town for a family birthday party. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 small children. It was clean and new. Parking is non-existent in front but the garage held an SUV and over sized truck which was great because it rained and snowed!

Great place to stay for game weekend.

We had a chance to see our son and catch a football game with family. Arrived late Thursday night. House was convenient to campus, clean, well set up, and we were very pleased. Totally non eventful which is perfect!

Perfect get away

The home is nestled in a neat newer neighborhood with a nostalgic feel. We chose it for a getaway from the kids. Door dash and Walmart delivery kept us fed and we lounged on a comfy couch and bed. Highly recommend this place- super clean and cozy. Well equipped. Great pick!

Clean, comfortable home

The house is very clean. The beds are really comfortable. It's a cute house and a really nice neighborhood. There is a neighborhood Walmart 2 minutes away from the house that has a everything you could need. It is 10 minutes from the university, so it was the perfect spot to stay for a visit.

Great place

From booking to leaving the entire process was super easy. The property owner communicated with us from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this rental. The pictures don’t do this place any justice…..great, quiet neighborhood! Would most definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for quiet stay

Second time staying here. Chose it specifically for garage since i would have a car full of dorm room items i wanted secure. The space to spread out and modern furnishings were an added bonus. Host Ethan is very helpful. When having trouble with the app he called me to assist with check in.

Home away from home

We loved this house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Bedding was soft and towels were plush. The master bathroom has an amazing shower. There was plenty of room for our family to relax while in town for a swim meet. The house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood and the drive to UofA HPER was about 10 minutes. We loved being able to park in the garage. Would 100% book this property again!

Beautiful Brooklands Stay

Me and my family were in Fayetteville for a winter break and to look at properties in the area. This was quite a gem. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is well decorated and has the essentials you need for the first day. We had great communication with the property host. I would stay here again in the future if we are back in the area.

Our stay

We lucked into this property while planning an impromptu trip to visit our son who is a student of the U of A. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet . The home was clean and inviting. The only cons were the fact that with all the closet space there was only one hanger on property so we had to purchase our own. The property shares a driveway and the garage is a sharp left turn definitely for cars only and no street parking. We were not given the code to operate the garage door so we had to go in through the side door then into the garage from the inside open the door to get the car out then close the garage door and exit the side door. There was a bit of lag time with the owner concerning how to use the fireplace which we finally able to use on our last night. All that being said we would definitely stay here again. You won’t be sorry staying here.
