The room we had was decorated very well and had a relaxing balcony. We didn’t understand that three rooms shared the space and had a common kitchen. Please note that if you book room 1, the bathroom is private for your room, but not connected to the room. So we had to exit our room and walk through the shared kitchen to use the bathroom. And the kitchen isn’t well appointed, there was only a few eating utensils but not enough for all 3 rooms. But it was very very convenient for visiting Agrigento and we did like the room. Street parking was free and plentiful

The b&b is beyond gross. Don't let the pictures fool you online. What you see in photos isn't what you should expect in person. I ordered a room with a private bathroom and received a key to room that opened up to a kitchen with three other rooms and my bathroom is stationed outside your room where you have to cross the other rooms in order to go in a hallway where the light turns off every 5 seconds. The toilet had a prolem where everytime you flushed it released a noise that was louder than a truck engine. The air contioning didn't work. The manager said the air conditioner should be working, but it didn't. On top of that, the manager isn't even there to greet, rather you need to figure out how to get in through coded italian text messages from the manager. It was the worst experience in a b&b I and my pregant wife had ever experienced. I would highly avoid this place like the plague. Learn from my mistakes. Cheap is cheap and you pay for what you get which in my case was the worst b&b rented in Italy. Il b&b è oltre lo schifo. Non lasciarti ingannare dalle immagini online. Quello che vedi nelle foto non è quello che dovresti aspettarti dal vivo. Mostly good

Beautiful view. AC works well and due to large windows facing South you will need it. I would recommend that the proprietor provide more eating utensils in the common area. Spoons forks knives napkins and a sink. Also the light goes off after two minutes which is very annoying
