The various hallways and sets of steps were a bit confusing as far as finding the pool. The woman who prepared and set up breakfast was extremely kind and helpful. The big vacuum and hose was is the pool while we were swimming so I had to keep an even more watchful eye on the child I was with as he swam in the deep end. We slept well on comfy beds and there was no excess or loud noise from others. Very convenient and everywhere I was going was within 1 or 2 miles of this hotel. I would stay there again next year.

For an 8/10 rating, I was expecting something clean and well-maintained. This was not. The first room had definitely been smoked in, and we were given a different room when we asked to move. There were some bugs in the shower, and it did not look like it had been cleaned well. In the am, we passed a bucket and mop in the hall - water was very DIRTY, but had not been emptied and re-filled. This place needs some TLC or a lower rating - it did not live up to the standards for an 8/10.

The hotel is older needs remodeling and an elevator added because not everyone is able to carry their luggage upstairs . Staff was very friendly and accommodating to us as I needed a down stairs room having just getting over major hip surgery . Beds were clean and very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and easy to get much needed rest .

The room was not as clean as it should’ve been. Corners had dirt and debris, the bathroom mirror was not washed, there was hair on the countertop, and stains on the sink. The biggest issue was the room smelled awful. We will not be back.

It was a very comfortable room. The bed was great and it was good sized. Staff was excellent. There was some confusion on the duration of our stay even though I had messaged property in advance. They corrected it and thankfully had rooms available.

This is the second time I have stayed here in the past month. Both times I reserved a king room and both times I ended up in a 2 queen room. The receptionist response was that she was just going by what was on her computer and that they had no king rooms available. Don't know if it is the motel or Travelocity but I don't like not getting what I paid for.

We had stayed here last year. Sadly I left a poor review when we left. However, this year we made a similar trip. Originally on this trip I had only booked this hotel for the two days I couldn't stay elsewhere. However, let me say we are now going to stay here for the remainder of our 11 day trip. This experience is directly opposite from last year. This year our room was spotless and smelled fresh when we arrived. The staff were so friendly and professional. Whatever has taken place in the time since we were here last. Please continue the great work and changes. This experience has been perfect and I would highly recommend someone to stay here.

The property was convenient and easy to get to. Rooms are old but clean. Don’t plan on sleeping in because the guys cleaning the other rooms are loud. We could hear them talking as though they were in our room. My older kids were excited about the outdoor pool when I booked the rooms but found out after arriving in May that they are still closed for the season. It doesn’t say this on website. I also booked a room online that says it sleeps 5, and after arriving had to go buy an air mattress bc the room didn’t sleep five.
