Basement level two-bedroom apartment in Falls Church with its own keyless and private separate entrance. Both bedrooms have fun decorated themes with queen sized beds and closets. The living room is comfortable, modern and has a full sized sofa bed. The kitchen is completely remodeled and has brand new appliances. A cooks dream! And for those that need to do a load of washing, we also have a stackable washer/dryer. Complimentary coffee tea, & yummy snacks! Ideal location for travel to DC.
The space
Cozy and updated two bedroom basement apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Wi-Fi code is on the welcome board next to the front door.
Guest access
You will see the access to the two-bedroom basement apartment to the right in front of the garage. Simply walk down the stairs and use the four digit code provided to you during check-in.
Other things to note
We have two Airbnbs. Your two-bedroom basement unit has grey painted stairs and can be seen on the right side as you walk down the driveway. You can park anywhere that is open in the cul-de-sac except in front of our neighbors house. There are two spaces directly in front of the house. Short-Term Lodging (STL) permit #222060217.
