This perfect peaceful "Get Away" upper level apartment in Fairhope offers a cozy retreat for guests with a stunning river view to enjoy and a total of 17 palm trees that just make it that much more pleasurable.
A perfect go between for the Soccer Families - and almost half way between both Fairhope and Foley just off hwy 32 which gives you easy access to several places, in any direction.

The Master bedroom, with a private bathroom, a King bed, a large TV with (ROKU), USB ports at each side table & lots of drawer and closet space for those spending a few days. also has a view of the water from the window over the porch.

The other room has (x2) twin beds, also with USB ports at each bed, a TV with (ROKU) & some drawer and closet space. There is a bathroom/shower just outside the door.

Enjoy the additional living room space with a comfy 8" Queen Futon for relaxation as a couch or bed, a leather recliner (Nothing Fancy) & a wide comfy chair. In addition there is a Fairly large TV with (ROKU)

The kitchen is "Fully Equipped" with a Stove , Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Machine . with coffee pods, sugar / sweeteners & creamer.
There is complimentary water and a few snacks for our guests.
In addition the Kitchen has a table with 4 chairs to enjoy a meal.
A Stackable Washer Dryer is available just off the kitchen, if needed.

Our retreat is a great place to call "Home away from Home", while you're away doing business or just enjoying your vacation in the area.
Fairhope has much to offer. Close to local events, year round like Mardi-Gras, Art Festivals etc. or just enjoy a peaceful walk along Mobile bay or Fairhope's newly renovated pier, which is not yet complete.

The Porch at the apartment has an amazing view of the river.
Table & seating for up to 8 guests, BBQ Pit, and lighted stairs and deck space. A few more chairs available upon request.
There is 100ft of water front (Not all fenced) with a dock & floating dock with railing, benches and fishing pole holders.
There is also a rope swing.
So "Adult supervision" is a must!
The river varies from 4ft -20Ft in depth.
Please be aware! - There are sometimes stumps/ trees (Obstacles) that show up floating from up river.
There are 2 Children's Kayaks, 2 single, 2 double kayaks and 2 paddle boards for rent on the property.
Please notify us before you come so we can have them cleaned up and ready.
You will receive our Kayak / SUP rental price list in your E-Mail package, which is NOT included in the VRBO rental cost.
Guests are to sign a "Hold Harmless Agreement" before entering the water & a life vest is required.
We are currently working on installing a boat tie-off to our dock for guests with a boat.
Mobile Bay is around 8 miles from this property and is an interesting scenic ride on the water with quite a few fishing spots on the way. There is a boat launch 2.5 miles by road off county Rd #9, which is south of Hwy 32.

Please keep the downstairs gates closed at all times - we have a Standard Poodle (Surfski) who is very friendly and we do not want her wandering off.

We have an outside elevator for anyone who is handicapped - Please notify us before hand, as we prefer to operate it, making sure everyone is in the clear & safe coming up.

There is a super nice seafood restaurant "Big Daddys" 4 doors down from us on the River also.
Fairhope is 8 miles away where there are many stores, & restaurants to choose from.
Local Gas Stations, Dollar General & Coffee Shop are less than 2 miles away.
