The room was clean and ready when I arrived after driving down from Connecticut. My favorite receptionist, Dee, was not there, and I have to say it made a huge difference. I did not know how to operate the controller for the TV and was told in an offhand way that it was easy. Just push the guide button. It wasn’t easy and it took a while to figure it out. When I left the next morning. I had a very hard time managing my luggage And getting everything into my car, but unlike Dee, no one offered to help me get things out to the car. I am 80 years old walk with a cane and have a therapy dog to manage. It was not only difficult, it was actually dangerous. Even an offer of help would have been nice. But someone said have a nice day as I left. So disappointing and I was charged for my dog, which should not have happened as my profile is on hilton.com.
