Parking was fine, but not well sign posted the actual hotel. So it took a bit of time trying to find the right building.
Which only says hotel in small letters. But everything else in big letters. The reception was not the most welcoming.there phone for the reception or room service didn’t work. Even when I rang directly using my mobile phone they didn’t bother answering. Only one chef on at their restaurant. Wasn’t even that busy. But still took a while. Plus they didn’t have everything instock for meals and breakfast as well, wasn’t a full breakfast because they hadn’t had their delivery. Room was clean but not well stocked. With hot drinks. And they didn’t have any menus for their restaurant or drinks menus. Which if you want people to eat at your place you would make the effort to do. I have stayed in cheap hotels and had much better experiences. But thought this is a birthday present for my wife who has been very unwell. And I would stay somewhere a bit more nicer sounding. But was left disappointed.
