Not many staff around but were on hand when there was a problem with the room key (it worked the first time going into the room and then not the second time and our key wasn’t the only one - so double check it’ll let you in more than once!) Car park looked a bit like a building site. Looks like they are maybe doing some renovation? No bar or restaurant, but you’re close to Exeter and other eateries. It was good for the price! If you want somewhere cheap, comfortable and clean to sleep close to Exeter.

Great hotel to explore the Devon Area.

A perfect hotel, as a base to explore the local area, or if on route to Cornwall. Certainly value for money, and would use again if I needed to. Though there are very little facilities in the local area (Walking Distance) for families, but ideal for somewhere to sleep after days out.

Excellent hotel, located conveniently close to Exeter. Service on arrival was clear and helpful, the room was tidy and had all the needed amenities. Parking was plentiful. Bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely stay.
