The Fairground Inn was close to the Monroe Fairgrounds which served its purpose.

The customer service was great but the room was dirty. I had to clean the surfaces before I was able to use them. When it came to the bed, I slept fully clothed. I remember this motel when it was one of two in Monroe, it’s gone so far down. Sad to see.

Facility is worn and on a highway. Very noisy, hard to sleep. My pillow was excellent but the bed was terrible. The staff was nice, but the room was dingy, peeling paint, burnt floors, holes in the doors.

Nice little hotel

I just needed a place to sleep for a couple nights while working in the area. It’s an older place but it was perfect for what i needed. The price is good.

Floors were super sicky in both rooms we booked. The bleach smell was so strong it burned your nose. Dirty and old. Did not stay @ this property. Before i even checked the rooms out I saw that they rent by the week. Huge red flag. Cheap price for a reason.
