Check in was fine, but Weird as there wasn’t a physical person there only a screen to interact with someone like a video chat. The king mattress was completely sacked out and extremely uncomfortable. I had to spin the mattress around so my head wasn’t lower than my feet. Then the next morning i came back to the hotel and my keycard didn’t work. Had to walk to the office to get a new one. Then I wanted to take a shower before leaving and the entire hotel ran out of water! No shower. Room phone doesn’t work to call the front desk. Had to walk down to the office again. I asked for a refund and lady told me she’d look into it.
