Brand new 2 bedroom apartment in Estepona Gardens, located just 1 km from the pristine beaches of Estepona. The recently constructed property has been furnished to a high standard, ensuring guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, and private underground parking space. The urbanisation has a large communal swimming pool (seasonal availability) and children’s playground.



The master bedroom features a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, direct access onto the property’s private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, plenty of storage, and access to the apartment’s second bathroom that has a bath/shower.



The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality holiday property, allowing guests to cook and entertain from the property should they wish to. Guests will find: a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all cutlery, glasses and crockery needed.



The living room has a large L-shaped sofa facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a dining table with seating for 4. The room is bathed in natural light through floor to ceiling south-facing windows, which has views to the swimming pool below. From the living room there is also access out onto the terrace. Here there are 2 comfortable exterior armchairs and also a breakfast table with 2 chairs. The terrace enjoys sun throughout the day and has views to the interior of the community, the swimming pool and children’s park.



The apartment has centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, fast and unlimited WIFI (100mbps), and a private parking space in the garage beneath the property. Complimentary access to the community’s swimming pool is also provided (seasonal availability).



The beautiful beaches of Estepona are a short 15 minute walk from the property, and the stunning Estepona old town is just 10 minutes away. Estepona town is vibrant and full of delightful restaurant and bars, guests are sure to enjoy themselves.
