Well it is not quite the Hyatt, but almost. Friendly reception, large room, wi-fi, good location, and all was clean. What more can you get for a price of 20 EUR per night? Recommended.

Ich habe die Unterkunft genommen da ich dachte liebe etwas mehr und dafür mit Frühstück. Das Frühstück war Grotten schlecht, näher ausgestattet, keine Getränke für Kinder weder Kakao noch Milch oder Orangensaft. Parkplätze sind wenige vorhanden, manchmal muss man die Auto Schlüssel da lassen(hat uns persönlich nicht sehr gestört). Die Schränke sind marode und fallen auseinander. Das Personal war eigentlich soweit hilfsbereit allerdings können die auch nichts dafür wenn die Schränke Schrott sind und das Frühstück so schlecht ist.

Çok mecbur kalmadıysanız tercih etmeyin.

Otele giriş yaptıktana sonra odanın 4 kişilik hazırlanması gerekirken hazırlanmadığını gördük. Hatta odanın zemini silinmemişti bile. Resepsiyondan gereğini yapılmasını istedik ancak bayram zamanı olduğu için resepsiyonda stajerler görevlendirilmiş. onlar gerçek sorumluları arıyoalr onlar da kat görevlisini arıyorlar. Yani anlayacağınız hiç de profesyonel olmayan bir yaklaşım ile muhatap olduk. Stajer arkadaşlara hiçbir sözüm yok, onlar ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Ama asıl sorumlular hem görev yerlerinde değildi hem de gereğini zamanında ve tam yapmadılar. Kat görevlisi yabancı uyrukulu idi, ne Tükrçe ne de İngilizce bilmiyordur anlaşamadık. İstediğimiz işlemler olmadı. 1 gece konaklayacağımız için tartışmayı uzatmadık. Zira tartışmaya değil Eskişehir'i gezmeye geldik. Ne temel görevleri olan temizlik ve oda düzenlemsi işini de ben yapacaksam ve bunun için uğraşacakasam, asıl görevliler niye maaş alıyor? Yine bayram zamanı olduğu için otoparkda görevli yoktu. Araç anhtarları resepsiyonda tutuluyordu. Otopark kapasitesi yeterli değil. Araçları kim neye göre yer değiştiriyor belli değildi. Kahvaltı vasat altıydı. Sonuç, gerçekten çok çok mecbur kalmadıysanız tercih etmeyin derim...

Fotoğraflarda görünen oda ile bizim kaldığımız odanın alakası yok. Kalorifer var mıydı dikkat etmedim, ama klimayı sıcağa ayarladık ancak sabah sıcak vermeye başladı. Kahvaltı vasat, çay ve kahve için tabak yok, kaşık yok tahta çubuklarla karıştırmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz maalesef

Odalar sigara kokuyordu. Yastıklar çok kirliydi. Banyo ve tuvalet pisti. Dolaplar eski ve bazı yerleri kırıktı. Resepsiyondaki kişi oda değişiminde ve yastıkların değişiminde yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ancak onun da elinden fazla birşey gelmedi çünkü otel genel olarak pis bir otel. Temizliğe hiç dikkat edilmemiş. Asla tavsiye etmem.

Rezalet!

Böylesine rezalet bir otel hiç görmedim, temizlik yemek vs bunlara hiç takılmam ki onlarda çok kötüydü. Otelin çıkış saati 11:00 imiş girişte belirtilmedi, genel olarak çıkışlar 12:00 de olur bütün otellerde. Saat 11:00 olmadan kapının önünde bir kaç kat görevlisi kadın konuşmaya başladı sonra saat 11:05 te çıkışlar 11 de diye bağırdı sonra söylenmeye başladı, resmen kapının önünde bizi taciz ettiler, yok bi saattir banyo da vs. Saat 11:30 u zor ettik bu ve toparlanıp çıktık, sürekli kapıya vurmaları da cabası. Kısacası rezalet ötesi bir deneyim oldu. Bir daha asla !
