Holiday Home "Can Sito" with Garden, Terrace, Mountain View & Air Conditioning

In the Tramuntana mountains on the west coast of Mallorca is the bay and beach of the same name, Cala Tuent, with calm, crystal clear waters and against a picturesque mountain backdrop.

At the edge of this bay is the idyllically situated, 120 m2 holiday home "Can Sito" on the mountainside, embedded in a lot of green.



The rustic holiday home has a living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed, the third with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet and can accommodate 6 people.



The facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, a cot and a high chair.



Outside there is a covered, furnished terrace, as well as another table with chairs, sun loungers, a parasol and a bricked outdoor barbecue for your sole use. An inflatable water pool provides the necessary refreshment on hot summer days. So every guest finds his favourite place and can enjoy the warm sunrays or the cool shade and of course the mountain view, depending on the season.



The beach "Platja Tuent" is only a few hundred meters away from the house.

Due to the seclusion of the location, the nearest supermarkets are about 33 km away, about one hour drive by car. There is a restaurant directly on site, within a radius of 7 - 20 km there are other catering establishments.



The island capital Palma de Mallorca and the airport are about 70 km away, the drive takes about one and a half hours.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

The eco-tax and fees for electricity are to be paid on site. Pets, parties or events are not allowed.

The homeowner prefers to hand over the keys in person.
