In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the grounds (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Communal covered parking. Shop 500 m, bus stop 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 4 km, indoor tennis centre 4 km, sports centre 4 km, gondola lift 4 km, skisport facilities 4 km, ski rental 4 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick ins Rhonetal und aufs Eggishorn
Attraktive, saubere, nicht mehr ganz neue Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung und schöner Raumaufteilung. Terrassenmöbel erneuerungsbedürftig, Elektrik nicht ganz fit (Fernsehanschluss defekt, etc.).
