Maglen resort was amazing. Friendly and accommodating staff. Every interaction felt warm and inviting. The hotel restaurant served great food. The resort is tucked away in the mountains and provides beautiful views. I enjoyed the wine tasting at the resort, the staff was knowledgable and super helpful. My Spanish is not that great and everyone had patience with me and spoke English if necessary. Beautiful place to stay!

Unique place! Room was clean. Room was hot when arrived and didn’t cool down until after 7. Noise from neighbors dog at 4am was not good. Bed was comfortable. Shower was roomy!

Disappointed by customer service policies.

We showed up at the property at check-in time (3:00 p.m.) but we weren't able to get into the room until 4:00 p.m. No one at the property told us that the power and water was out for the entire property. People at the pool area told us they had water but no electricity. We tried to wait it out, but needed a room with running water so we left and went back to Ensenada. Disappointing and I'm still trying to get a refund.

Beautiful resort, hot tub was amazing. The beds and extra pillows were an added plus. Maglen wine tasting was awesome with a view. Staff were very accommodating and the food was very pleasing. Definitely try their cafe de olla at Huevos
