This memorable bungalow is the perfect home base for your trip to Manasota Key, Englewood and beyond. Guests will find two spacious bedrooms featuring king beds, if needed the guest room easily converts into separate twin beds, offering plenty of room to relax. A queen size air mattress is available upon request to allow for sleeping accommodations for up to six people. Coco Bungalow underwent a complete, ground up remodel which was completed in early 2026. It is tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all the amenities to truly make this your home away from home.

Inside you’ll find a gorgeous and spacious kitchen with island seating for quaint morning conversations along with a spacious dining area. A beautifully renovated full bath helps jump start your day with a step down, rainfall shower. There is also a heated outdoor shower for those who love to nature bathe (pun intended). The en-suite 1/2 bath in the main bedroom is tastefully refreshed, so getting ready is always easy and convenient for you, your family or friends.

The peaceful atmosphere of your private, heated salt water pool invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. At Coco Bungalow you are a brief 3 min stroll to the shell lined Gulf beaches or a 8 min walk to serene Stump Pass State Park. Bikes and beach equipment are provided to aid in your daily enjoyment and exploration of Manasota Key.

Trevor was an amazing host! The house was beautiful and fully stocked with all of the essentials for a perfect beach vacation. We loved using the bikes, beach chairs, wagon and shell sifters. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay here soooo much, we didn't want to leave. We have already rebooked for next year. The bungalow provided everything we needed --- down to the smallest detail. There were bikes, a wagon, beach chairs, games, puzzles, books, washer and dryer, all the necessary kitchen gadgets and tools, Bluetooth speaker, pool floats, etc. They though of everything. The furniture was comfy and the aesthetic was perfect. Manasota Key is a quaint old fashioned beachy village. There is hardly any traffic, and we rode bikes all over the island, including to the Fish Market on the island to get fresh seafood for supper. We walked to the beach multiple times a day, to look for shells and watch the sunset. The beach is literally steps away from this house, it was perfection. The beach itself is beautiful and not overcrowded. We found at least 30 sharks teeth on our first day at the beach, such a fun experience. The pool was a huge hit for our kids, the back patio area was perfect for relaxing and watching the kids swim. We had such a great vacation here!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Coco Bungalow and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the very beginning, Trevor was incredibly attentive, responsive, and thoughtful in every interaction. He even took the time to notice that we were traveling with two children and reached out ahead of our arrival to ask if we preferred the beds arranged a certain way. When we arrived, he had sweet little goodies set up on the beds for the kids, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch.The home itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail felt intentional, and it truly made our trip feel special. Communication was seamless throughout, and Trevor was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had.This was the perfect place to spend Easter weekend with family, and it would be just as perfect for any special holiday or even a simple getaway when you just want to enjoy some fun in the sun.Overall, this was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Coco Bungalow to anyone planning a trip to Manasota Key.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Coco Bungalow. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed—every single detail has clearly been thought through with care.The heated pool was amazing, and having access to bicycles, beach chairs, and plenty of towels (including beach towels) made everything so easy and enjoyable. It truly felt like everything we could possibly need was already there.The location is unbeatable—literally about 30 seconds to the beach. You cannot ask for better access.The host was fantastic as well—super helpful, responsive, and made check-in completely seamless. Just amazing!We loved it so much that we are already talking about becoming snowbirds here. That says everything. Do not hesitate to book—this place is exceptional.

What a darling place!! We were in Englewood to visit family and this place popped up for our short notice trip. Such a great surprise! Our family of five spent three nights in the Cocoa Bungalow. This place is brand new from the ground up while maintaining the quaint bones of a Manasota Key structure. From a fully stocked kitchen (including new spices) to outdoor beach equipment, there wasn’t a necessity missed. The decor is on point with elegant textures and colors while adding in thoughtful details (loved the ‘Florida Man’ art and the wallpaper accents). The salt water pool was heated as was the outdoor shower making it convenient to rinse off three kids. Even with our visit being for family, we would love to return for a full spring break if the word doesn’t get out on this cute spot!

The home is amazing. We had been to the home prior to the complete rebuild , and the improvements that have been made are great . The home is very well appointed . An outdoor private hot/cold shower under the stars is definitely the best. The backyard heated saltwater pool is very useful. There also is a b b q, in the yard, bikes, beach chairs , shell scoop , are all provided . The host has information on lots of attractions in the area. The home is very convenient to all amenities , in Englewood area . We will definitely be returning. Had a great vacation.
